This refund policy applies exclusively to the upgrade scenario where you are moving to a higher-tier paid membership plan.
To request a refund when upgrading, please contact us with your order details, reason for refund, and supporting documentation if applicable. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and include your account information and transaction details. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not comply with our refund policy.
We will review your refund request within 5 business days of receipt. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method. Refunds are processed in the same currency as the original transaction.
